SECTION 01Order confirmation & project scope
Our company connects businesses with verified freelance professionals to provide website development, AI automation, graphic design, video editing, branding and digital marketing services. We manage client communication, project coordination, quality checks and delivery. These policies apply unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
Before starting, the client receives a written order summary with the services and deliverables, total price and payment schedule, estimated delivery date, included revisions, client responsibilities and materials, exclusions, recurring fees and third-party costs.
Work begins after the required initial payment and necessary information and materials have been received. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and require approval before work begins.
SECTION 02Payment policy
Projects below PKR 50,000: 50% advance before work begins; the remaining 50% when the agreed work is completed, before final unwatermarked files, source files or production access are handed over, as applicable.
Projects of PKR 50,000 or more: 50% advance, 30% at the agreed milestone, and 20% before final delivery. Monthly services are paid in advance for each period.
Custom milestones may be agreed for large projects and international clients. Currency, payment method, transaction fees and any applicable taxes are disclosed before confirmation. We provide payment confirmation or a receipt. Overdue payment may pause work and adjust delivery dates.
Bank transfers and Payoneer invoices are verified manually. Uploading a receipt does not confirm payment. Payoneer payment requests are intended for eligible business invoices, not general retail checkout.
SECTION 03Cancellation policy
Client cancellation before work begins: payments are refunded less disclosed, non-recoverable third-party costs approved in advance.
After work begins: we calculate the value of completed work, approved non-recoverable costs and the unused balance. After a milestone is completed, the client remains responsible for the agreed value of completed and accepted work.
After final delivery and acceptance, cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a full refund. Unresolved defects or valid refund claims are assessed under the refund policy. We provide a reasonable summary of completed work and the cancellation calculation.
If the company cannot complete the project, we will attempt to arrange a suitable replacement with the client's agreement. If that is not possible, we refund the amount attributable to undelivered work, subject to applicable law and the agreed contract.
SECTION 04Refund policy
We aim to resolve problems fairly and promptly. A refund may be requested if we fail to deliver the agreed service and cannot reasonably correct the failure; the work materially differs from the approved scope and cannot be corrected; we cancel without an agreed replacement; or a duplicate or incorrect payment was made.
Refunds for undelivered work are based on the amount paid for that work. We may deduct the agreed value of completed work and approved non-recoverable costs where permitted by law. Minor correctable issues normally go through revision or correction first. Each request is assessed fairly and does not automatically qualify for a full refund.
Send a written request with the order number, issue and relevant evidence. We respond within five business days with the decision and next steps. Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7–14 business days. Actual receipt depends on the bank or provider.
Nothing in this policy removes rights under applicable consumer protection law.
SECTION 05Revision policy
Every order includes the revisions stated in its order summary. Starter Package: 1 round per deliverable. Growth Package: 2 rounds per deliverable. Premium Digital Package: 3 rounds per deliverable. Individual services: as agreed in the order summary.
A revision is a reasonable change to existing agreed work, such as colours, text, layout or timing. Submit requests together in one clear message per round.
Revisions do not include a changed original brief, a completely different design or concept, new pages, videos, features or deliverables, substantially different replacement content, or additional animation, effects or integrations outside scope.
Extra revisions are quoted before work proceeds. Depending on the task, they may cost PKR 1,000–5,000 for design, PKR 2,000–10,000 for video, or a separately agreed amount for development and advanced animation.
We correct mistakes that make delivery inconsistent with the approved brief without treating those corrections as paid revisions.
SECTION 06Delivery times & delays
Each order has an estimated date confirmed in writing. Delivery time begins when the initial payment, required materials and project instructions are received.
Client delays with content, feedback, approval or access may extend delivery. Unexpected freelancer delays are communicated with a revised timeline. If a significant delay cannot be resolved, the parties may agree a replacement, revised scope or cancellation and an appropriate refund for undelivered work.
Urgent delivery is subject to availability and an additional fee approved in advance.
SECTION 07Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, materials and instructions; hold rights to supplied images, videos, logos, fonts and assets; provide feedback and approvals within a reasonable period; maintain their own account access and provide only necessary access; pay invoices as agreed; and review deliverables and report issues promptly.
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials, third-party platform outages or client changes after approval.
SECTION 08Freelancer & Member policy
Members agree to follow the approved brief and deadline, provide original or properly licensed work, keep client information confidential, communicate progress and delays, and follow agreed revisions and quality requirements.
Members may not use client work in a public portfolio without permission. They must not bypass the company to solicit or accept direct payment for company-introduced clients, subject to the written Member agreement and applicable law.
Members receive 70% of applicable order revenue and the company retains 30%, according to the agreed Member contract. The contract defines the calculation base, timing, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and approved expenses. Payouts follow cleared client payment and the applicable delivery or milestone conditions.
SECTION 09Quality assurance & disputes
We review deliverables against the approved scope before final handover. Clients who believe work is defective or does not meet requirements should contact us in writing with supporting examples.
We may offer correction, replacement, a revised timeline, partial refund or another reasonable resolution. If direct resolution is not possible, parties may pursue remedies under applicable law.
SECTION 10Third-party costs & ongoing services
Domains, hosting, premium themes, stock assets, paid plugins, API usage, advertising budgets, software subscriptions and other third-party costs are excluded unless specifically included. Additional charges need client approval before being incurred.
Maintenance, SEO, social media management, hosting and automation monitoring recur only under an express monthly agreement. One-time projects do not automatically include ongoing support.
Premium Digital includes 30 days of post-launch bug fixes and technical support for delivered work. New features, expanded scope and ongoing third-party costs are excluded from that support unless agreed.
Clients supply footage for edited videos unless filming is expressly included. AI-agent features, usage limits, knowledge sources and integrations are agreed before development.
SECTION 11Intellectual property & portfolio rights
Upon full payment, clients receive the ownership or licence rights specified in the project agreement for final deliverables. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Editable source files, working files and project files are included only when expressly stated.
DIGI SAIL and its Members may display completed work in portfolios only with the client's permission.
SECTION 12Contact & policy acceptance
Send questions, cancellations, revisions and refund claims to digisail69@gmail.com or the designated support channel, quoting the order number.
By placing an order, clients acknowledge access to these policies before payment and agree to applicable order terms, subject to legal rights.
These terms are a proposed business policy and should be reviewed for compliance with the laws applicable to the company and customers before publication.
